Internal bleeding |
| History : This 28 years old gentalman was sent to ER due to blunt abdominal injury in a traffic accident. Image finding : -Bilateral high-density small pleural effusions. R/O hemothorax. -Ascites in the perihepatic,perisplenic regions,and gastrosplenic ligment is noted. -There is marked increased density at the location above urinary bladder. -Resolving hematoma in the pelvic peritoneal cavity is considered.
